Besides, I’d love to have some suggestions for every customer. We can exchange to another item and or customize the file if the file is broken, missed any single part, or it’s not working as the general standards. We’ll try to resolve the mistake or complete your ideas.

Where do designs I purchase from Svggao go?
All designs purchased from Svggao – including those in bundles – are stored in your Svggao Account. Sign into your account > click “My Account” > Orders to view your order history and re-download any purchases.

How do I unzip SVG files/bundles?
When you download one file, it will come in .zip format. You will have to unzip it. In the unzipped file, you will find four formats – SVG, DXF, PNG, and EPS PC: Right-click on the zip file and click “Unzip” or “Extract” (depending on your computer) MAC: Simply double-click on the zip file and it will unzip. iPhone: Download app ‘iZip’ from App Store. Unzip the file using the app. Import it into software app. Android: Select the file and click on ‘Extract.’ Import to software app and use.
